Leo V., one of our skilled technicians, was assigned to install seamless K- Style gutters. The project involved up to 24 linear feet of gutter installation, along with the placement of three 2x3 outlets equipped with downspouts. These outlets were seamlessly integrated into Mr. Franklin's existing rainwater catch-all system.

After thorough planning, our skilled team member, Leo V. installed a total of 69 Linear feet of K-Style 5-inch gutters on the front of the house, complemented by two downspouts. Additionally, we installed 25 linear feet of K- style 5-inch gutters on the rear, featuring one downspout, all finished in a sleek Beaver Brown Color.

Mrs. Schrotder, a resident of Lubbock, Texas, was in the market to upgrade her insulation in her home. Her home had old dirty insulation from 1973. Miguel set an appointment to give Mrs. Schrotder a free quote.
In finding the problems they both came to an agreement to remove all insulation and vacuum out the entire attic. Air seal the entire attic with fire retardant foam. Any big opening will be filled with silverglo boards & sealed with foam. Air sealing all penetrations and vents. Installing 3 can light covers. Lastly installing 10” of cellulose insulation to obtain R- 38 Value.

The proposed solution included removing old insulation, thorough vacuuming, air sealing, and installing 10 inches of Cellulose insulation to achieve an R-38 value .
