Once we got to the roof, we saw two main areas of the roof that were compromised. Two of the boots on the roof needed to be sealed and The breaker conduit was separated from the air conditioning unit which caused damage to the base of one of the boots. The damage opened up a hole in the seal and is one of the main reasons the water seeps through to the inside of the studio.
