Tim called Fortenberry Roofing in September of 2021 asking for a residential roof replacement estimate for his parents house in Abernathy. He spoke with Robbie, the residential re-roof salesman, and together they set up an appointment for Robbie to give a free re-roof estimate. After Robbie viewed and assessed what kind of shape the roof was in, he was able to write up a proposal with a few different options for Tim's parents house. Upon follow up, it was learned that the re-roof would need to be put on hold due to unforeseen circumstances. Fortenberry Roofing understood, thanked Tim and hoped to hear from him in the future.
Fast forward to March 2022 when Tim reached back out to Fortenberry Roofing to start up on the roof replacement process once again! Robbie was able to pick up right where they left off in the process and get things rolling with the insurance company. Due to good communication, Fortenberry Roofing was able to completely replace the roof of Tim's parents house shortly after he reached back out to them. The shingles used in the re-roof were IKO Nordic Impact Resistant shingles in the color Shadow Brown, which are class 4 shingles. Overall, the roof turned out great and all parties involved were satisfied with the service provided by Fortenberry Roofing!
