This property owner wanted a modern twist on one of his houses out in the country. He chose Fortenberry Roofing to aid him on the journey to getting a new and improved roof. Luther needed to repair a large piece of asphalt roofing that was peeling off the end section of the roof of his home. Even though the damage was not extensive, repairing the roof now can avoid larger issues in the near future.  

This type of damage is the direct result of years of constant wind and severe weather conditions. When gone untreated, you risk having additional shingles getting lifted, and with the amount of dust that gets kicked up which causes separation from the underlayment, the repair may not be an option.
