Roof Replacement Photo Album: Garage and Roof Ashphalt Replacement in Littlefield, TX

Fortenberry Roofing was asked to come out and look at a garage and main home's roof damage. At first glance, you can see the lifted and separating shingles from the start. There was extensive water and wind damage that has tweaked the roof over the last couple of decades. The shingles were rotted out and not sticking to the roof's underlayment.    The photos show areas on the roof that are in danger of causing major interior water damage if not treated soon. Areas around the roof vents and in several sections of the roof are lifting and need new shingles installed in the worst way.   Curtis was shown all the photos of what we found when we did the inspection and he was in agreement that a repair would not be the best solution.
