Roof damage assesed
Fortenberry Roofing is showing the main area of shingle damage. This roof is in really bad shape.
Ridge of Roof
Here is a perfect example of where water can enter and trickle down the underlayment of the roof and enter the home. This will cause major water and roof rot damage if gone untreated.
Damaged Asphalt
The Asphalt roof is showing signs of major wear and tear. Discoloration and even some decaying is starting to happen.
Shingles are lifting!
Here is a great view of how the process starts. Heavy winds find there way under the shingle and excessive wind/dirt weakens the adhesive and then in tun, cause the Asphalt to lift.
