Fortenberry Roofing Co. recently addressed a leak issue at the Dollar Tree/Family Dollar in Abernathy, Texas. Our inspection revealed improper sealing of metal seams and incorrectly installed flashings, which allowed water ingress through overlapping seams and down the walls. After consulting with Dollar Tree management, we proceeded with the necessary repairs. Our team sealed all metal seams with high-quality silicone, applied silicone coating to previously damaged areas, and ensured all flashing was correctly installed to prevent future leaks.
