Photo Album: Insulation installment in Lubbock, Texas

Carol out of Lubbock, Texas reached out to Fortenberry Roofing to assist in some problems with her home either being too hot in the summer or too cold in the winter. There was no in between  in the home. Fortenberry Roofing scheduled to have a free estimate done on some insulation on the home. Forman Miguel went up into the attic and discovered the areas in the attic that needed to be sealed and didn’t have the proper amount of insulation.   Miguel sat down with Mrs. Carol and went over the Fortenberry Roofing Company's  Proposal. He discussed what needed to be done. For starters removing the old insulation and vacuuming the entire attic of dust. Air sealing the complete attic. Installing 2 can light covers and air seal around them. Installing silverglo and foam around the skylight. Replacing the hatch cover. And lastly  Installing 10” of Cellulose insulation to obtain the R- 38 Value.
