Fortenberry Roofing crew gave Mr. Jim a thorough inspection of the chimney’s problems and found that the chimney cap was leaking. The Mortar around the chimney was nonexistent. Causing the water to enter between the cap & Brick. Fortenberry's Team member Leo V. added quick concrete sealant and replaced the Cap with an upgraded chimney Cap.
Jim was very delighted with the upgraded Chimney cap that was installed. Can't wait to tell his friends and family.

The leaking in the roof and skylight at the Littlefield Resident’s home were determined to be caused by improper installation of the skylight and wear and tear on the roof. Leo and Jesse recommended repairing and replacing the affected areas. They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.
