Fortenberry Roofing came out to Authur's house to see why he was getting water leaks in his living room. My team came out and gave a free estimate to see what the problem was.
Once on the roof, we found that the seal in the Air conditioning ducts was no longer holding. We had to replace the current rubber roofing sealant to make sure the water didn't damage any more of the home's interior.
After we finished sealing around the AC ducts, we went through the photos to show Arthur exactly what we did when we were on the roof. The customer was very pleased with our work and appreciated the honesty that Fortenberry Roofing provided!
Fortenberry Roofing was called to replace a full metal roof for this customer. Once we came out, we found a whole lot more that needed replacement. From the Metal barn to the car port, Foftenberry Roofing completed a full trifecta of roofing services.
First, we started with the barn which was completely rusted out. The barn's structure was in question, so we did a full teardown and replacement. Once the barn was completed, we moved onto the roof. Here, we witnessed several rusted-out portions of the home's roof. A full-roof replacement was needed here. Due to the roof's pitch, we used the recommended style of roofing that would best suit the pitch of the roof.
Finally, we finished up the carport. This was a partial replacement. The structure was in good shape but several of the metal roof's shingles have been torn off by heavy winds. Once all 3 portions of the job were completed, the customer was extremely happy with the results.
