They proceeded by removing the top layers of the Modify Bitumen roof and replacing it, ensuring that the homeowner will have a new roof that can last 20 years or longer with proper maintenance. Additionally, they removed the pantile to access the skylights and re-flashed them to prevent any future leaks.

Anna Z. saw that her roof was falling apart and that it was not in good shape. She reached out to Fortenberry Roofing who then sent Robbie D. out to assess the issues of the roof. Once Robbie D. was able to inspect the roof and put a finger on what all needed to be corrected, a plan to repair the roof from top to bottom was created.
Once all of the materials were bought and the roofing team was selected, construction on a new roof for Anna Z. began. The roofing team was able to correct and fix all of the issues Robbie D. had found, including applying new OSB (oriented strand board) decking (the foundation of the roof), and brand new IKO Marathon 3 Tab Asphalt Shingles in a color that complements the house.
Overall, the repairs made to Anna Z.'s house have improved her quality of life, while also bringing a fresh new appearance and protection to her home that will last many years!
After a storm, there were always unwanted puddles of rainwater on Erica's back deck and other areas around her home. She realized that maybe getting a gutter system would help her problem. So she then decided to call Fortenberry Roofing since they had done some work to her home previously and she was happy with the service they had provided.
Fortenberry Roofing was able to provide and install a gutter system that helped the rain drain more appropriately. The gutter team installed 64 ft. of gutters with wide mouth gutter outlets to the exterior of Erica's home and also added downspout extensions that helped direct water under and away from Eric's back deck.
Once the entire gutter system was completely installed Erica was happy with the results! Since then, Erica has seen a major improvement in the quality of her deck and surrounding areas after rainstorms occur.
Fortenberry Roofing was excited that they were able to help with Erica's need once again!

He gave Fortenberry Roofing a call to see if they could come out and give him one of their free estimates. Once the inspection was complete and the estimate was given, Nicky decided to go forth with the offer made by Fortenberry Roofing.
Israel ended up being the technician who made the repairs to Nicky's home. First, Israel removed any damaged shingles from the area. Then he began to lay down felt (underlayment) on which he would install the shingles on top of. The shingles used for this repair were CertainTeed Landmark in the color Resawn Shake. This color best matched the existing shingles on Nicky's roof. Once Israel was finished installing the new shingles, he made sure that the shingles were secure and ready to withstand the winds of West Texas.
Fortenberry Roofing was able to provide Nicky with the shingle repair he was looking for. His roof is now complete and beautiful once again!

Fortenberry Roofing came out to this home in Littlefield TX and needed to provide a full roof replacement. Due to the condition of the roof, we had no choice but to gut the entire roof, all the way down to the roof's decking/sheeting.
As we started to peel away the layers, we found wood rot, several gaping holes, and lifted shingles everywhere. Due to the wear & tear of the roof, it was hard to tell if the customer had a possible termite or rodent issue. The wood was in really bad shape. We replaced any decking we felt needed replacement.
The photos also show that it looks as if the original roof was never removed, only covered up with new shingles. This is a recipe for disaster.
The team at Fortenberry Roofing recommended a full IKO Dynasty shingle replacement using the Klaus Roofing methods. Once the job was completed, the customer couldn't have been happier with the work Fortenberry provided.
The customer called Fortenberry Roofing to look at a possible asphalt roof repair. When Caleb arrived, he found that Luther saw one section of roofing that was peeling off the bottom half of the roof above the gutter. When untreated, this can cause excessive roof wood rot to the roof sheeting section. Once this is compromised, you are looking at a whole bunch of new issues!
Our office took a call for a residential roof repair in Littlefield, TX. This asphalt roof was damaged so badly, the options for repair were not an option. In the photos shown, we show that years of wind and severe weather have taken a serious toll on Jaffice's roof.
Once we were able to assess the roof's damage, Fortenbeery Roofing recommended a full roof replacement for the customer. We took the time needed and used the Klaus roofing way to complete a full re-roof using IKO Asphalt Shingles and the multi-step roofing installation process that separates us from our competitors.
The customer was very satisfied with our overall service and will recommend Fortenberry Roofing to their friends and family!
Curtis called Fortenberry Roofing with multiple roofing issues. The garage was showing signs of water damage from inside the garage. In the photo, you can see the darkening of the inside roofing which is definitely a sign of water damage and possible wood rot to the exterior of the roof.
Once we assessed the garage, we then turned our focus to the main roof. Here, we found several areas of the roof that were torn off by previous storms, and in one section, the roof was sagging.
Emma called Fortenberry Roofing to give an estimate for her damaged shingled roof. Once we found our way to the rooftop, my team found lifted shingles throughout specific areas of the roof. The dents are evidence of hail strikes. The roof wasn't in the worst shape, but if this goes untreated, the customer will be in danger of water seepage and causing leakage, destroying the inside of the home.
Todd wanted Fortenberry Roofing to look at his damaged roof before the interior water damage worsens. We found the shingles, underlayment, and decking either missing or exposed.
My project manager determined that the roof would need a medium section of the shingles replaced. Due to some minor wood rot, the decking section needed to be cut out and the underlayment replaced.
Using our Klaus Roofing methods, the homeowner was happy to know the roof would only be needed to be repaired and not replaced.
The asphalt roofing was torn off after several storms over the last few years. As a homeowner, you must be sure that your roof is doing its job. If just one shingle is compromised, that is all it will take to allow water and dirt to destroy your roof.
Once this happens, you can be sure that your roof will start to develop issue after issue, starting with wood rot and then interior leaking problems. The last thing you need is to have water make it into your home. That is when the real issues start.
Scott made a great choice by trusting the professionals at Fortenberry Roofing to solve his Asphalt Shingle Roof Replacement needs.

They devised a comprehensive plan to remove the existing shingles and decking to fully expose the framing. The team worked diligently to reinforce the framing, replacing a damaged rafter with a new 2x4.
After securing the structural integrity, they installed new plywood decking, followed by synthetic felt. To ensure long-lasting protection, they applied the Klaus Roofing System's SealronXT Ice and Water Shield and replaced the old Shingles with High-Quality GAF shingles.

Our Installation professionals installed new aluminum gutters to this home in Sudan, TX. Recently, Jerry had his back porch redone and needed to compliment this upgrade with a new gutter system. We used aluminum gutters w/ extensions in Onyx Black.
The landscape around the porch and stone deck slopes downhill away from the property. We constructed a downspout and run-off that complimented the slop of the stone. This way, we can avoid any water pooling of damage to the landscaping.
Overall, this new gutter system compliments the new porch with it sleek color and design. Jerry was pleased with the final results and will recommend Fortenberry Roofing to all of his friends & family.
